I exercise for hours,my goal is 300 mins/week but I am usually 500-600. I never overeat. So I know its not that. I guess its muscle related from strength training

I exercise at home! From walking outside to wiifit u,zumba to 30 day shred,dumbbells to (very soon! Coming in the mail tomorrow!) Kettlebell I work out a lot,but all from home :)

Zumba is a.lot of leg movement,quicly going forwards and back,side to.side. an hour of.zumba gets me around 5,000 steps. Its absolutely cardio if for nothing more than that. Wlso his videos have an ad for greatweightlosspills.com in the corner so ill take his advice w a grain of salt.

There are snack size baggies. I'd seperate the whole bag and allow one a day. If I could. If its a binge trigger for you (oreos and nutella are for me so I do not keep them in the house ever,but I have a binge eating disorder) I'd say get rid of them. But if you can,allow a reasonable premeasured portion.

I have a significant amount of weight to lose and love gettin new friends!! I work out a lot and love to exercise :)

I have the 10 gram protein one. I blend the powder with a cup of skim or almond milk,a cup of chilled coffee and ice and maybe a packet of truvia. Its 200calories (150 if unsweetened almond milk instead of skim cow milm) and very filling. Tastes like a coolatta.
