If you can, seek a professional for help.I understand not everyone has that option. I have an eating disorder and have been dealing with it alone and its taken about fifteen years to feel at all in control of it. So it would be easier if you could see a professional.

It is crazy how lady clothes are sized. Like my fiance got me a 2xl lady t shirt from a website....it was the same as his mens medium. Im fat damnit, a 2xl is not a medium. Just go w what fits you and ignore the sizes

My personal favorite "fill me up" is a tb of chia seeds in a bottle of lemonwater (if you drink crystal light etc that would work) I feel like I ate a meal w chia. I also love hummus and veg, veg and mustard (and mustard is zero calorie,so a very low cal veg and mustard is basically a free food),and honeydew melon.

A"big thing" of ranch will ruin your day...fat free means more sugar,not no calories. Maybe try a yogurt based one,maybe a Bolthouse dressing?

Ive learned its best to just look at your weigh ins weekly and see if overall youre trendsing downward. Because bloating (like when youre due for AF) or even needing to poop will cause some changes. Little increases arent important if overall youre going down.
