I found that for me carbs made me very hungry, so I switched to more protein and less carbs which has helped. Also, I always carry a bag of something very low cal to snack on if I do get too hungry (usually fresh vegies). Drinking even more water than mfp recommends helps me too. Sounds like you are sabotaging your metabolic rate. I did the same thing for months and it was so frustrating. Eat your nutritious 1200 calories, and then eat at least some of your exercise calories. The other change I made was to really focus on avoiding processed foods and cutting back as much as possible on sodium.…
