Okay, I was weighing every day. But I am not losing weight and I see by the responses you have that those who weigh less often seem to be losing more. Think it is time for a change to once a week!

Thank you for the suggestions. I dropped off for a while due to a personal situation, but I am back on track. I like the idea of trying to change up the food and exercise routine.
