  • The real key is to keep fluids, i dont think you burn extra cals when your sick just get dehydrated faster because of fevers. I would keep my cal intake the same making sure more then ever to get ALL my water and mabye some electrolytes

  • yeah i did that one day i sat down and put in all the fast food meals i use to eat and i was astounded!!! so now i see what might be healthier and if i have to eat out because of time restraints or meeting family i know what i can get and still be safe. :bigsmile:

  • Yeah you feel kinda wobbley at first then you get use to the un-levelness of it and continue to readjust, all the literature says it helps your core muscles! :smooched:
  • To help kick off my good habits, Since I spend a decent amount of time playing and doing stuff online, I switched my old slumpy chair out for a balance ball chair, to keep my mind on my goal! so far i can feel a difference, my stomach muscles are already sore and my back feels better!

  • Each weekend pick a project, like clean out the closet, vacuum under the couches, dust the wall of pictures. Ive noticed with myself if I set a goal to get the one small thing done I end up getting other things done.
