I always use fat free or low fat plain greek yogurt or dijon mustard instead of mayo to make tuna salad and instead of bread I use lettuce leaves. Here are my tips! SNACKS ON HAND - I always make sure to have healthy snacks around at home, work, my purse and even my car, so that when I get hungry or just want something to eat I don't have to think about it. PLAN AHEAD - I plan what I am going to eat on Sundays for Monday-Friday since I am so busy during that time.…
