I log before I eat some things. Planning helps me make better decisions throughout the day so it just makes sense to also log my planned food all at once in the morning so I can see where I am for those unexpected treats (birthday's, etc).

splash some hot sauce on them (can make some pieces soggy) or sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Yummy! If you like the sweet rather than the savory, then mix up some brown sugar and cinnamon. It doesn't have to be a lot to add quote a bit of flavor.

I am generally 3-4 pounds heavier for the week of my period. As it's ending I can always tell I'm losing the water due to many trips to the restroom, usually through the night. :wink:

It's sounds like you're restricting yourself too much therefore causing the binge effect later. I used to do this as well, be desperate to lose some weight so go on this "I have to do it right now 100% full throttle"diet"" and it would go so well for a little while, sometimes even a longer while (a month) but really nobody…

I think you have the right, even if he is a guests, to say something! Nobody has the right to make you feel bad about your food choices regardless if it was in calorie range or not. Some people have no filter. A simple "if you can't say anything nice..." would have been a kind enough comment with still getting your point…
