the first time I climbed into the indoor play area with my daughter I had one of those "moments" too. In fact, she ran one way to play and I climbed all the way to the top and just sat up there and looked around and cried tears of happiness. Well done you!

I was only able to do the warm up, 20 minutes with Bob and the cool down but I feel so good! I was able to do most of the moves and never once gave up. My heart rate was really pumping though! I weigh in every Tuesday and this week I lost one pound so I'm down from 275 to 274. It's nothing to write home about but it's one less pound than I used to weigh!
