My "My Fitness Coach" for Wii came in the mail today- so what did I do? Run downstairs and put it in and ran through my fitness test and did my first workout!

Thank you all so much for recommending it for me!

I have to admit, it was pretty humbling to be doing the fitness test and get to the part where you have to do 2 minutes of jumping jacks. I can't tell you the last time i did jumping jacks (probably in high school, over 10 years ago) and have things bouncing that shouldn't have been! But the humbling part was not even having the timer get to 30 seconds and realizing I needed to take a break- things were hurting.

That being said- set up my workout calendar etc... and got started on my first workout- it was 15 minutes and it was great! I was having to work at it- but I was pumped up and motivated and I quickly realized how great exercising makes you feel!

I am so excited to be starting workouts- I am so thankful to those of you who recommended it for me!
This last 100lbs is going to be so much easier for me to lose and I'm going to feel great and become the healthy person I know I can be! (there's a healthy girl in here waiting to bust out!)

My knees hurt and I can feel it especially in my leg muscles (from doing squats etc..) but the workout was a great pace- and i loved how it asked if it was going too fast for you etc... it was wonderful! I am bummed that it gives me saturdays off! lol i want to workout tomorrow! and i have to wait until sunday! (but i also dont want to over-do it when im first starting also.. i mean, besides walking in the summer, its the first time i've actually exercised in probably a good 10 years-)

well I only just got it today and have used it once. LOL
But i TOTALLY recommend it. It was recommended to me by many others on the site earlier this week- so i ordered it.

It's amazing. It does a fitness test and tailors your workouts based on your long term goals etc... each workout is different- and it's literally like having your own fitness coach working out with you!

    I LOVE IT!

good job- keep this post in mind if you start doubting doing a workout- Just think how great it feels (even when it starts to hurt)

Remember no pain no gain (well lose )

I enjoy working out - I even kind of like being sore too it lets me know what I am doing to my muscles is working-

Good for you for getting strarted!!!!!!!!:flowerforyou:
I used to do my wii coach workouts in the am, loved it -- it got me going! Now, I go out walking with my dog in the am and and do my wii fitness coach before bed. It helps relax me and I sleep much better. Either way, I love it. Keep us posted on your progress!!
