PP has some good ideas. Make a list of your top 5 attributes (physical and or characteristics) and stick it to the mirror where you will read it every am and pm.

ya I live in canada, so I don't pay (well I do on my taxes!) I never had issues with irregularity before having kids, I think somewhere between the pregnancies, miscarriages, breastfeeding, and horomonal birth control my body got totally f*cked up! And can't quite sort itself out...

bah my doctor isn't very insightful about menstrual issues. I went to see him last fall after bleeding for the better part of three months, and he suggested 1) wait it out, 2) go back on birth control, 3) try progesterone to hopefully "reset" my cycle. My feeling is that he would say the same thing about thiis.

hehe I've noticed some pimples on my chest (between my breasts) Since starting exercising, I'm thinking likely the sweat causes it.

I actually like it just plain, but sometimes mix it up, there's lots of good suggestions on here. One more to add, mix it with salsa and eat it as is or with chips (healthier choice of chips or pretzels)

I'm a little further along in the program, just started week 3, I didn't find week 1 or 2 awful, but definately a good workout. Week three is a bit more challenging IMO however :)

sabrina, I would highly recommend taking a course, or doing a formal learning about this. I have heard that the book taking charge of your fertility is also very helpful.

we took a course when DD1 was 6 months old after LAM finished. We have used it on and off since then. Have used BC when advised by DR not to get pg, or when bfing due to unpredictability. I actually read somewhere that sometimes breaking it up is better because it raises your metabolism more times in a day. Thanks for the comments, I don't have a HRM. How much do they generally cost? I have just been using the grippy handles on the machines. On the elliptical I input my data, but couldnt' on the treadmill, it was an older version.

I agree NFP is a great way to go (but it's MUCH easier if you have a regular cycle and may take awhile post- birth control).
