trricep dips- help needed
I'm doing Jamie Eason't live fit program, having trouple with the tricep dips, seen tutorials, thought my form was good, but it hurts my right shoulder. No history of previous injury to it. Any advice?

how quickly did your body fat % drop?
just wondering what the average rate for this is from real people? I'm doing strength training and in 2 months have dropped about 6% is this bang on , fast, or slow? I'm at 29% now and would like to get down to 14% eventually.

ok so I'm on cd 25 (I think!?) and I'm 6 months post bc and nursing, still having issues with irregularity. No ovulation yet this cycle. And had an annovulatory cycle last month with a spotty period. ANybody else have super late ovulation, how late? A couple months ago it was cd 28 for me.
