I'm on week 4 of ripped in 30, I've really enjoyed adding it to my routine of cardio, abs, and weight lifting. Any advice on what to do next? I don't want to spend much $$. Considering 30 day shred, but open to suggestions.

I am doing No More Trouble Zones and maybe an additional Bob Harper DVD next when I get done with Ripped in 30. I just started level 3 which is going to kick my butt for the next 7-10 days. So hard, ugh! lol...Have you lost a lot of weight so far with it?0

Depends on what you're wanting to do -something that still includes weights, more cardio, longer workouts? Jillian has a lot of DVDs that are great for mixing up during the week. I still go back and do a level of RI30 here and there, depending on how much time I have. I just got her new Kickbox FastFix DVD and I LOVE it! Three 20 minute workouts - you can do one, two or all of them and make the workout as long as you want. It is fast and furious and fun! She does use some weights in it, but as much as in Ripped.
6 Week Six-Pack is another good one and great for alternating with Ripped.
Check your local library for workout DVDs - a great way to try them before you buy them - I hate spending money on a DVD and then not using it because I don't like it. I've found several Jillian and Bob Harper DVDs through my library.

I am interested in this also- I have just finished RI 30 and do some No More Trouble Zones now and again. I picked up Bob Harper's Ultimate Cardio from the library and find it VERY BORING- there is no way I will last with that. I have a friend willing to loan me Insanity but it seems to be a pretty huge commitment that would be tough for me to fit in now. Interested in ideas:) Thanks!0
