I HATE the GYM. So I don't go. I do many other physical activities run, walk and DVD's. You Tube has a slew of free work out video's.

FYI Leslie Sansone walking DVD (free on You Tube) are great too. She has a couple named Burn Body fat that includes hand weights. I love them low impact and a great burn. Enjoy.

I would see if any of the area hospitals have a Diabetic Education class. Also, see if your health insurance plan covers a consult with a Registered Dietician.

Track every morsel you put in your mouth. Purchase a digital food scale. It is truly amazing when you start weighing your food. Get rid of all that garbage you are eatingempty carbs.

I have eaten back calories in the past with little results. This time I am not eating back calories. I am sticking to 1200-1300 cal daily. Let's see what happens.

Today had a wrap (60 cal) with 1 egg over easy and 3 slices Canadian Bacon. Full for awhile.

Me too. I slacked off for last 3 months and bingo weight on feel horrible. I started this week increasing exercise and logging again. What a big PIA but, necessary.
