I am not a fan of meds for myself. I have seen so much harm done over the years due to medication side effects and interactions. Relax all.

I do the same but, not stopping. I drink usually 1 day week at least 6-10 lite beers. My goal when I drink is to get buzzed. Yes, the next day I eat much more than usual. Oh well, don't care. It gets me thru life.

Heck no. I am not a fan of the BMI charts. My BMI is 28 and I feel great. Exercise 5 x week and eat healthy 80% of the time.

Here's the deal realistic goals are key to any weight lose plan. Don't set yourself up for failure. Start with losing 5 lbs and then go from there. Lose the word diet-such a horrible word.

Eat what you want as long as you stay within your calorie limit. It's really simple.

Hummus with veggies, greek plain yogurt with sliced almonds, 1/2 PB sandwich on WW bread. There are thousands of snacks you can pack and eat at your desk. I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks daily. Lots of water every day all day with lemon.
