    Tonight I am making a quick Cajun pasta sauce with sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms, fire roasted tomatoes, Cajun seasonings, Andouile sausage, shrimp and a bit of cream cheese to soften the flavors. Serving it over penne pasta for my husband and over spaghetti squash for myself.
