I'm currently 122.5-123 (we all know that half a pound makes a difference) and a size 2 dress size 3 pants. Most people don't think I should lose more but I feel as though I should? I don't feel as though I'm "too thin" Its all in your body frame etc

webmd actually has a waist to height ratio chart when you go to their BMI calculator. It tells you your's based off of pant size but it then shows you an actual chart.

I work out from home I'd say 98% of the time really. Sometimes I fill in at a local Curves Fitness Center when they need someone to cover a shift and I'll do the circuit while I'm there but besides that and when I sometimes go running I do all my workouts out of my home :)
