A bowl of Cheerios or Raisin Bran will do it every time for me. You can try prunes they work pretty well also. Try to stay away from the meds if you can as they can cause laxative dependence.

Agree. It's one thing if you are at home and can resist but at work, you are stressed, have to walk by it constantly, it is very hard to resist no matter how good your intentions are. It was like that where I worked too and even to go to the rest room had to walk by jars of candy etc.

Since I usually have the same breakfast, lunch and snack I do those before. Dinner changes but if I am eating at home I log it before I eat to make sure I am in line. Eating out does make it harder if I am eating at someones house etc.

Walking farts are the best because they combine walking and farting and you can log them both. My dog used to fart when she wagged her tail and she was really fit.

Try riding a bike until your foot is better. Ice it 4-5x/day and if you have no contraindications take Ibuprofen with food for a couple of days. The biking will allow you to exercise without stressing the foot.
