as long as you are eating at least 1200 a day (don't worry about exercise counting in that) you are fine. The problem is if you fall below 1200, than you can stop losing weight as your body struggles to deal with the famine it thinks has befallen you. I sometimes have issues with undereating, and what I have found that…

Just start going, each day it will get easier again. Before the holidays I had lost 28 pounds, but they messed up my knee injections ( I get every 6 months for arthritis) and it laid me up about a month, well then it was halloween, and thanksgiving, ect. By the time I got back on the scale Jan 1 I had gained back 13…

I don't eat my exercise calories every day, but I do believe in having a splurge day about once a week. If you are interested you can add me, I need all the support I can get!

Have you ever seen the biggest loser? They always talk about the dreaded week 2 weigh in! That first week you lose all your water weight and your body has not had a chance to adjust to the fewer calories being taken in. By week 2 your body has adjusted, slowing weight loss to a more healthy amount. We all have weeks with…

I also have 100+ to lose. My nutritionist said that as long as I do not fall below 1200 that is ok. So I would see no problem with you cutting back to closer to 2000 rather than 2700. I would also say 16+, but for US models it is size 6-12. How stupid is that! No wonder we all have a warped sense of what a woman's body is supposed to look like.

You say you are staying within 1200? Are you ever going under that amount? If so you could be putting your body into starvation mode which will stop your weight loss because you body thinks there is a famine going on. Try eating a few more calories, closer to 1300, for a couple of weeks and see if that helps. Also,…

It can be hard to plan ahead, but don't let yourself fall into a habit of eating under 1200, you will sabotage your weight loss, and be primed to gain it back! I know, been there, done that!

I have the same issue and will under eat if I am not careful. To avoid this I try to plan my entire day in the morning so I know just what I will eat when I get hungry each time to be sure I reach a min of 1200.

Hey there. I want to lose 100 pounds. I have lost 75 in the past, but like so many, I gained it all back plus some, so now I am starting over again.
