I love to swim and do laps most days. I fine it to be a really good all over work out, and skip strength training because of it. Do you think that is ok, or should I add in some weight work?

I am a 34 year old mother of 2. I have found that I need to change my life style and weight if I want to keep up with 2 growing boys! I have about 100 pounds to lose, and would love to find friends here who can help me stay motivated and on track who also have large numbers they need to/have lost.
