Congratulations! You look absolutely amazing! Let me ask you, when you were doing more cardio what kind of exercises were you doing that didn't put (much) strain on your knees? I was biking, which is what brought my knee issues to light. I tried running, which only made it worse, and then I switched to the elliptical. It's…

The people who call me hun or sweety are usually little old ladies (I live in a retirement community, lol) and I think it's sweet. If it were someone young, or a guy, I'd probably not find it sweet but a little creepy or patronizing. Ironically enough, I now catch myself saying it back to my neighbors!

I can't eat pork products, and I personally don't think turkey bacon is good. That being said, I really like the Morningstar fake bacon. It crisps up like bacon and tastes pretty good!

If I think that I can't have something, I'll crave it even more. I don't consider it cheating because I usually make room for it in my daily calories. Somedays I may snack more than others, but no matter what, I always log it.

I bought a Trek Skye (women's specific design) and absolutely love it! But like everyone else said, get fitted first. The bike shop I bought mine from let me test ride several different styles until I found the best fit for me.

You need more fiber in your diet.

This! I was having knee pain and just chalked it up to being sore - big mistake. Several days later I wasn't able to even put pressure on my leg at all. Saw a dr. and it turns out I've got patellar tendonitis. There could be several reasons for the pain (bad form, overexertion, not stretching properly, etc) but best to…

I've heard of those shoes, supposedly they are really great for runners. I'm not a runner though, I need shoes geared more for aerobic exercise and cycling.

I'm sure it's probably due to overexertion or bad form. I'm going to have my gait checked out at a running store, but can't really do that until I can actually walk normal again! It's just so frustrating!

I do it every now and then. If you're the type that plans your meals in advance, it's a great tool to help figure your daily goals. I'd probably do it more often if I were more pro-active about planning!

If the total weight of the two packages is 31.25 oz, and 3 Tablespoons is 1.2 oz., then you end up with 26 servings. I used a Duncan Hines Spice Cake and Betty Crocker Angel Food. I got 35 servings at 106 calories a piece. It turned out really yummy, especially with a cup of coffee!

Wish there was a bar in town to have a happy hour.

When we were little my dad would listen to Air Supply and he told us the lyrics in the song "Making love out of nothing at all" said 'like a bacon burger ever so bright'.... I always wondered how bacon burgers were bright. Turns out they're not. It was really 'like a beacon burning ever so bright'.

That's a toss up. Coffee mugs painted specially for me by my nephews, and a recordable story book from my dad.
