Hi Suzay, it really depends upon your viewpoint on nutrition. Primal / Paleo diet advice would say yes you are - but the main stream of dieting would say no you're not. I've been 'Primal' for a couple of weeks now and I've just tweaked my intake as follows :- Calories 1750 - thats stayed the same Carbs 20% Protein 40 % Healthy fats 40 % I'm also following Mark Lauren's book 'You Are Your Own Gym'.
