I gain and lose weight like that all the time, especially after I've been exercising. The body has a tendency to hold on to fluids to repair the muscles after working out. Don't be discouraged!! You're doing great!! Exercise adds muscle plus a little water retention. Eat a well balanced diet, not junk, and just focus on the health aspect. Trust me it will all come together in the long run!! GREAT job!!

Sometimes when we think we're hungry we really are thirsty. My advise would be to drink lots of water and keep high protein snacks, fruits and veggies handy to curb your hunger. I struggle with hunger too, hope I helped you out some. Hang in there weight loss is a journey, make it as pleasant as possible. Good luck!!
