veggies and fruit, I personally think natural sugar is fine, you have to watch out for refined sugars. Avocado is great

Mine have too. Probably because We stopped eating crap then our bodies don't want crap. I still get like sugar cravings but I eat fruit or sorbet insteaf of candy bars and cookies :)

I was under 170 today even though it was only by 0.2 pounds :)

You should try Vitamin B-12 complex instead. Any "artificial" Energy or mass amounts of caffeine are not good.

Try greek yogurt with pumpkin and granola, it's not a protein shake but it has a lot of protein to get you going

yes as long as you are eating enough to sustain your body you should be fine. I do that sometimes too

You can be skinny as heck and be "out of shape" Just keep trying you'll get there

Avocado or any veggie is usually pretty high in fiber. I'd stay away from un natural fiber like fiber bars, the natural stuff is what you want. I would just have half an avacado with a little italian dressing on it :)

I like the annie's raspberry vinagrette. Fats are good just so you know. Fat doesn't make you fat, unused carbs and calories do ;) Just a tip.

Diet is HUGE!!!! Count Count Count your calories and you will be soooo surprised. Try and throw in some easy excersize and that will help to! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!:tongue:

www.elanaspantry.com It has dairy free, grain free, gluten free recipes which are absolutely delicious! I just found out I am Allergic to refined sugar, grains, and dairy. At first I was like... "Oh, Great!" I love it now though. I feel great and that other stuff doesn't even taste good to me anymore. Good Luck

Could be muscle, Take measurements and before pictures :) I feel like your body has to gain muscle before it can burn it's fat.

I'm in the same boat working out 6 days a week and eating low carb low cal diet at 1650 calories and 100 carbs. I also try not to eat grains. Help! I'm doing 4 hours cardio and 1.5 hours weights

I did the same thing with fruit snacks yesterday :( I just worked extra hard at Zumba last night!

You may be putting your body in starvation mode find out your BMR and never go under that. If you need to eat more you gotta excercise more :) Hope this helps
