I have a very physically demanding job, so I took 5 weeks off FMLA (I'm currently in week 4), and then I have to do a month of desk duty. Better to be ready to go than try to push it.

MFP is the only log I use! I used it pre op and now post op!

I eat the same foods over and over again too. Eggs or cottage cheese for breakfast, tuna for lunch, and usually fish and veggies, or ground turkey with no sugar bbq sauce.

Maybe a B12 shot or pill once a week? My doc said I could take a b12 once a week if I felt tired or sluggish. Good luck!

I watch my food intake...quality and quantity, and exercise 5 days a week. it's been working pretty well :tongue:

My highest weight was 285 and right now I'm at 217. I'm a work in progress, but I am def able to move around better and not get so winded. It is possible to get to a healthy weight no matter what the starting weight is. You can do it!! Feel free to add me!!

Learn to be patient. It takes a while to create new healthy habits.

I am a crazy binge eater. I know exactly how you feel. It takes to time to overcome this disease, trust me. Take it one day at a time....remember the saying "just for today". Start small....and those will turn into big changes. Message me if you need to.
