@AnnPT77 Woah. This is a game-changer for me. I thought I might have some "batwing" action (didn't bother me, really, because it's better than what it was), but doing this I realize that that bad boy swinging around is really mostly muscle. Hot diggity dog! I mean, there's some fat I need to lose, too, but. muscle

@motivatedmartha Thank you... and yes! I feel better about where I am than I have in a long while!

I hesitate to put this out in the world. The last time I got excited about it, weird things happened and all sorts of things got messed up... but. I am 2lbs away from reaching 100lbs lost total. From there I only have 10-15 lbs left to go (10, then wait-and-see if I wanna lose 5 more). 100 is a big deal for me because it…

NSV: I've had a few NSVs lately, but I think the one that resonates most with me is the fact that despite random weight gain and a weird stall, I stuck with what I knew. I didn't get (too) depressed or sad. I was confused, yes, but I knew what I was doing should work and the random weight increase ended up getting…

... Calves, thighs, and... haunches. My stomach is gone, but my backfat produces a nice muffin top on my pants in what feels like a flotation device.. It's a weird area to describe, but makes me feel like I'm wearing my own little rubber duckie floatie. I could use with a little more off the bust too. XD I've hit a weird…

Wow!! That's awesome!! Congrats!!

What I'd forgotten about was... tying my jacket around my hips. Not my waist because that was the smallest part that had hope of fitting, but my hips. Not only tying my jacket around them, but not having to pull the arms / stretch them so to tie them. I tied them and still had enough length to make little knot tails. It…

@springlering62 From one fish to another (my husband says I'm like a fish -- easily caught with any bait that sparkles!), congrats on the NSV!! That's awesome! Also, that looks sparklie af. \o/

I'm 5'5", and I tend to change sizes every 10lbs or so. It took more in the beginning, but once I got into non-plus sizes, it was roughly on average about every 10lbs, the next size "would fit". Snug, yes, but I could get them as my "next-in-line" garments. Bottoms, at least. Tops were tricky. It took a lot longer to go…

BEST. EVER. I will ride ToadCaliber while I slay my final dragonpants. To arms!

If you are talking about the data ported to the Health app, then I have all sorts of duplicate entries and such because I'm constantly changing my MFP diary, and don't really give it another thought. It is what it is: my primary tracking mode is MFP for intake. If you are talking about diary entries disappearing and…

I ate a whole (thin crust/GF) pizza at lunch yesterday for my welcome to the team lunch and had a decent dinner (though the hubs helped by making it a fairly low-calorie dinner) and I didn't gain but 0.6lbs (and I attribute that to many factors outside the whole pizza I ate), and I've done this often enough to be comforted…

@lorrpb You are... wow. Amazing, inspiring, incredible... Congrats on winning the end! Congrats on doing! Just congrats.

@tashanic2 Thank you! My style has definitely gotten better and I do think it's because of confidence! I like looking trendy now. XD

@rheddmobile That is hilarious. I would totally ride a really big toad. I shall call him Toadcaliber! Toadcalibur of the Longest Hop! Thank you! I will, even in the hardest stretch, but I will. Riding ol' Toady, I say. (This made my day, especially since this week I've felt about as intelligent as a potato. XD)…

I’m struggling a bit this week - human feels clouding perspectives. But I posted this on my feed and realized that it’s a good NSV that covers a long toad to where I am. Sometimes, it is hard for me to hang onto a positive attitude in weak moments when I’m looking 4 minutes behind when maybe I was lower in weight/better at…

Great news at slaying and taming your dragon!! It looks great on you! Congrats!!

Haha!! I swear, if I DIDN'T have all my data, I think I would be a mess. Knowing what my body is doing and that it's following a trend and can compare to back historical data... well. I could go on. *fist-bump for like minded-ness!* We'll get this. And our data will rejoice!

I hear ya. I do all the right things. I watch all the numbers. I know what's supposed to happen and I know the SINGLE WEEK that my body likes to lose weight. Still though, when I enter the week of the water weight dance, the merry go round of up/down the same weight, I want to shake a fist and demand control. Data soothes…

I've despaired of not losing inches, and it turned out I've lost them in my neck or fingers or toes or feet. Last year, when I buckled down to lose the last kgs and get to my goal, I decided to take a variety of inches. So it might not come off where I want it to (for me, that's calves and bust), but I'll see other parts…

@springlering62 - You look amazing!!

^^^^^ This. I don't measure everything, but I do measure the things I know I easily eat a little too much of (peanut butter, granola, cereal, etc). For the most part, I'm able to eyeball serving sizes decent enough to keep the weight loss trend going, though sometimes if I hit a sticky point I'll do a round of food scale…

I do live in the US, but my experience has been the same in regards to people around me being positive/encouraging. No one comments on what I eat, though, which is a plus. XD

I love data. >.> I have a spreadsheet that I update once a week with some weekly totals. I like having it in one place so I can easily see my data where I like it. I also have a monthly spreadsheet I update for my measurements and size changes and other things over time. But I'm very data driven. I find logical…

@RelCanonical That is good advice. I haven't ever really talked about my anxiety until this past vacation with my mom and aunt, where I told them how anxious I was in general. I mean, when I opened my etsy store to sell my jewelry had I a panic attack going to the post office because I didn't know what to do. That was my…

@ceiswyn All of my besties live outside my city/state, so that's not always possible. However, my husband is pretty good at pushing me into new territory, so I usually drag him around (while also frantically texting pictures to my besties like WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE ON ME?!) and he offers good advice and brings me stuff…

My stomach was the first to go, but I still have toddler ankles and knees (seriously, because of evenly distributed fat, I was basically shaped like a toddler from the ribs down XD) and I wish harder than anything that the back haunch fat (my inner rubber duckie floatie) would go. Everyone's experience -- as had been said!…

Yay!! That is awesome!! Go you!

It's not sad! I was excited too!! It feels great when things like this happens. Congrats!

@HDBKLM @motivatedmartha Thank you both! <3 I am definitely going to get a cute, summer dress! Gonna do it!
