  • Thinking more on this (as I don't have any children). I think that there is always a reason for a child of that age to have one. Like staying in contact. Parents are separated and it's a good way for the child to contact the other parent if something isn't right. They live in a BIG city. As for me. I don't live in a very…
  • I think 10 is FAR to young to have a cell phone. Especially an iPhone. I would think that the parents might be spoiling their kid a little too much. Then again, it isn't my child and it isn't something that directly needs my involvement.

  • Your gut is never wrong. I'd try to buddy up at the gym. Talk to management, carry some sort of protection... just in case. Creeper! Even if he tells your mom that he 'respects' you. (which is a little 'old school' and something my own mother might even find a little juvenile. Be careful. I wouldn't make this guy cost you…
  • I didn't have to loose 50 lbs but I know when i was at my heaviest i was a 38DD and I'm not a 36D. Everyone is different.

  • Let me also say with your hammies, a good massage would probably help as well. Or a hot tub for that matter.
  • I go with potassium, stretching, Epsom Soaks, yoga, and lots of water.
  • Remember to eat as "clean" as you can. The "Eat Clean Diet" is all about that and trying to eat as little processed foods as you can. http://www.eatcleandiet.com/about_the_diet.aspx
  • It really is a good question. Even if embarrassing :blushing: it's a part of life and if one can get some help than that is great! Sometimes I'll find that I will have a problem. I agree with Smooth Move tea (organic section) I like the chocolate version and I'll add a splash of milk or equivalent. It's almost like hot…
  • My mother told me something like this as well. It's a very true statement.
  • We have a ridiculous dress code in the sense that my supervisor makes me stick to it but not my coworker and everyone else and their supervisors are fairly slack about it as well. No flip flop sandals, no spaghetti straps, no jeans, must wear trouser socks, no open toed shoes during winter. Women must wear panty hose…

  • I usually do poultry seasoning, garlic/onion powder (or fresh stuff) and I will put some water in the bottom of the pan. Just enough to cover the bottom of the pan really. Back 350 for 30-45 minutes. :) Just put it open and see if it's still pink on the inside. I also like it with Teriyaki and a little dribble of hot sauce…
  • Pinning to read and post later when I can.
  • I am working on finishing cleaning/organizing my new workout room from my move. I was looking to start the TurboFIRE next month 8/13. :ohwell: I would start it now, but I don't have enough space with all the boxes in there at the moment. Good luck everyone! :drinker: <--- water!
  • As your endurance builds back up your ability to do more flip turns in a row will also improve. Keep it up. I can normally only do about a 300 before I need to flip onto my back. It WILL get easier.
  • A friend of mine who has VERY long flowing hair swears by Wen.
  • I combat soreness with lots of stretching/yoga, lots of hydration, potassium (bananas), and full bath Epsom soaks. If nothing else, I'd reach for some IBuprofen.
  • Hahaha! I'm sorry you didn't get a compliment for your achievement! I'm on here all the time and always looking for more support/motivating people like yourself. Feel free to add me as a MFP friend. I'll compliment you on your achievements. :flowerforyou: I have been trying to get friends on here as well with no…
