You need to set your dairy to public if you want people to look at it.

When I had my wisdom teeth someone suggested baby food. It is awesome for that. Filling and healthy.

Try checking to see if there is nutritional information online for where you are going. Also, enjoy. Birthday's are only once a year. :)

I really like the Myoplex and Myoplex lite. I use them post workouts to help build muscle.

Rock climbing works really well and is lots of fun. :)

Cool afticle. Thanks.

Do what you normally do before runs. Try not to change anything.

I have read a couple of women's running books and a few things they recommend. 1. No matter how bad you feel, try to do a workout. You are likely to feel better. 2. Take tylenol before your workout. It will slow the 'leaking' down. 3. I always double up with a pad as an extra precaution. 4. Wear your most comfortable…

Try reading "The 4-Hour Body" By Tim Ferriss. You seem to be an analytical person like myself and this might help you as it has helped me. http://www.fourhourbody.com/

1. What HRM do you use? I have a Polar FT60 with GPS 2. Why did you choose it? It has a training program designed to meet my goals, a GPS unit for outdoor exercise and it was rated as being highly accurate by Runner's World. 3. What do you like best about it? It fits all my needs is comfortable. I can wash the chest strap…

There are a lot of different views of what is 'right'. However, most commonly people seem to do best with changing the MFP standard settings to 40 carbs 30 protein and 30 fat. You are right about eating more in the morning. You will have more energy and keep your metabolism up while you are active. One book I read…

As far as I know, only through the network. I haven't seen it on disk but it doesn't mean it doesn't excist.

I the one I was using is a downloadable called Kung Fu live. You put yourself inside a comic book and fight nija's. It is entertaining and quite a workout at the same time.

Large salad with some grilled chicken.

That is an excellent viewpoint. Go TEAM!

Polar FT4 or F6 are some of the most popular.

I love rock climbing for toning. It works your whole body and is so much fun I forget it is exercise. I go to a local indoor rock gym.

Very nice!

-No 1 important: It only lasts if they are committed and want to do it. -I always explain with this way of 'dieting' that you can eat in anything but in appropriate portions. -Sodium is a good topic and something people ignore. -Also that it doesn't require doing lots of boring exercise every day to get results. Even a 5…

If I remember correctly, during ramadhan you eat at night. Maybe you can go for a walk before or after that. Otherwise, I would do what Christians do during Christmas, ignore the diet, do what you need to and get back at it after ramadhan is over. Good Luck.

1. Is there an official C25K program? As far as I am aware this is the official program. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml 2. Is there an official website? See number 1. 3. Any opinions on which to avoid? Most people starting to run can easily overdo it and get set back. I would only stick to programs that…

If you are doing that much cardio, I wouldn't say it was a bad thing for your body, but it might have an effect of "weight" loss. Try checking measurements instead. Muscle is going to weigh more than fat per surface area. So you might just be exchanging fat for muscle and not seeing the scale move. For the low carb, the…

I had Runner's knee for a bit. My PT and Dr. told me it was due to overly tight hamstrings. Try stretching them lightly 1-2 times a day.

Agreed!

First off the Wii remote just has an accelerometer in it so judging distance is a bit strange, so I wouldn't be concerned. Also, when people run in place they tend to run on your tiptoes versus normal heel striking running. It is not surprising you feel different muscles. You just did a whole bunch of calf raises,…

There a couple things it can be: 1. Thirst can be confused as hunger. Try to make sure you are drinking lots of plain water. 2. Need to eat less carbs and more protein and fats. 3. I always feel hungry if my body is craving something I am not giving it. Good Luck.

I have had many Migraines and have known many people. For me and others it turned out to be due to a food allergy. Has this ever been checked on him. Keeping a food journal helped narrow down "trigger" foods and now I can avoid them. I wish him the best. That's aweful.

I just bought a Triathalon bathing suite from a sports store (REI). It is meant to run, jump, swim, and play in. It covers you up (without being rediculous) and is supportive.

Report them to the Facebook owners for a fraud account. See what they say. Good Luck.

Do you have a crockpot? I put in chicken, veggies and various sauces. You can make your own soups, stews or just flavored chicken. There is always enough to last several days when I am done.
