Hiya, I'm 35 and from England. Ive just joined as want to lose some weight after having a baby (4 months old) I've been on this for a week. At the moment I'm "in the zone", so to speak, and eating within my calorie amount and recording it all, but I ma easily distracted, lol

Hi Pretty Pearl, I've just read your story, nothing like a bit of motivation! I've just started again, I'm in the zone at the moment, but it is only day 3!! Can't help but think the sun helps with motivation, England alas is lacking in sun at the moment! Good luck getting to what you want to achieve.
