Not recently. I did this diet 15 years ago. But not I do like the Greeks....... everything in moderation except alcohol, I gave that up over 10 years ago.

I make it to the gym everyday about the same time I have a 2 hour window when I'm training for a show I do a split an hour in the morning and then my afternoon I always find it hard to wake up and go to the gym. although once I'm into it, I love the way it starts my day

for what it's worth don't beat yourself up! change one thing and stick to it. going to the gym for 90 days will start a habit 6 months it will be routine. Eating right will come as you start to feel better. I've seen it happen a million times and we are coming to the time of year " I'm going to get into shape this year"…

most gyms have classes first thing in the morning and most are open thanksgiving day. Since I'm traveling out of town I plan on taking my running shoes and I'll be adding a extra mile or two that with 500 sit ups I don't think I'll over eat but if I do I'll hit the workout hard the next day
