  • EXCELLENT Job! I know exactly what you mean. The closer you get to your goal, the less important the scale really is. It becomes about how you fell, how your clothes fit, everything else. You should be very proud of yourself! Have you tried to slip on a pair of those old 24W's now to see the difference? I did that and was…

  • I have been thinking about purchasing this, but was unsure. I would be curious to know what you think of the program. I love some of her other DVD's, and I loved the format of them and the results that I got. I just didn't know how this compared.
  • Me too! Knowledge is power and at this point in my life, I don't have enough knowledge about putting the right nutrients in my body. I have been doing this for almost 10 months, but I feel that I still have a lot to learn. I will be here for quite a while. Which is OK by me :drinker:
  • Great Job so far! Keep up the good work and those last 19lbs will just fall off!
  • No gym membership: Walking - Daily 30DS Ripped in 30 Shed and Shred Turbo Fire
  • For the first few months, I measured and weighed everything because I didn't know the correct amounts or sizes (portion control was a BIG issue for me). But now, 9 months later, I rarely do. Unless it is something that I haven't worked with before and can't eyeball the correct amount.
  • Great Job! You should be proud of yourself!
  • You are Amazing! Thank you for sharing your story. You will be able to find a lot of support here. When I started, I couldn't look at the "big picture" at first. I started with small goals. First it was walks. Then I quit drinking all carbinated beverages. Soon, I was ready for a bigger challenge, I completed Jillian…
  • Oh, pick me! Pick me! I have done really well so far, but I am struggling with these last 20 lbs.
  • I started in Size 24W jeans, today I bought a size 10 jeans.
  • Now "bad day" equals Turbo Fire :) I work it out now, by the time I am done, McDonalds doesn't sound appealing at all!
  • Have you run accross "Bump" yet. That's another big one.
  • I just made these a couple of weeks ago and they are Delish! Take 3 cups of Navy beans, rinse and then boil on the stove for about 60 minutes (beans should be tender). Drain and add beans to the crock pot. Also add 1 small can of Tomato Paste, 1 medium Onion (diced), 1/2 Cup Ketchup, 3 Tbsp of Molasses, 1/2 Cup of Light…
  • I freeze EVERYTHING! I have about 6 different soups in my freezer, already cooked, in individual portions. I have mini turkey meatloafs, mini tacos, mini lasagna's. I don't have time to cook during the week, so I pre-make everything on the week-ends and always freeze a few portions so that in later weeks, I can have…
  • Yum! Thanks for sharing! Definately going to make this!!!
  • <<< Both of my girls are rescues. I <3 them so much.
  • I am having leftovers of this for lunch today.
  • I feel your pain. I live alone, have NO family within 400 miles, but I do have a lot of friends, none of which want to work out with me. So I do all of my workouts alone. I walk everyday, I workout in my living room. Basically, I do it all alone. It's not so bad once you get used to it!
  • I have the Polar FT4, it has a chest strap, but honestly, once it is on, I don't even notice it. I have to say that I love the one I purchased. It does just enough for me.
  • Nice! Great NSV!

  • No, potatoes, like most foods are healthy in moderation.
  • This is great! Brought a smile to my face. I agree, the toilet thinks that you are tiny :)
  • I used to eat nothing but processed foods. When I joined MFP, I decided to eat like I normally would and log it, just to see where my issues really where. I thought I was well. OMG! I was amazed at the numbers the first week. I wouldn't say that I quit cold turkey; I dramatically reduced the number of pre-made meals that I…
  • I have been losing my MoJo a bit for the last couple of weeks. But I had hit it hard for about 8 months without any "cheat days" or "cheat meals". So, I just upped my calories for a couple of weeks, I am walking and a little bit of working out, but not as much as I was. I weighed myself today for the first time in about 3…
  • <<<< I have two rescued Puggles (Pug and Beagle mixes). We walk at least an hour everyday. I love the week-ends when I can get another hour out of them. :) My daily walks with my doggies is the favorite part of my day. So relaxing and a great bonding time.
