I don't know if this counts, but I had some chilli this evening and allowed myself 10 tortilla chips.. however I only ate 3.. I used to eat a whole pack at a time.. this feels incredible to me =)

I tend to stick to grande skinny iced lattes and add a syrup for the days I'm feeling sweet (EDIT: Couldn't resist a salted caramel mocha yesterday, but for me it isn't worth it unless it's a really special treat)
