YES! You need to NET 1500! If you dont eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and it will want to hold onto everything it has so you wont see much change in weight! If you burn off 600 a day you need to eat 2100 approximately. But you will just have to experiment a little to see the right amount needed for YOU.…

You could do like fresh fruit plates with cottage cheese (so you get protein). Also you could make whole wheat pasta. Turkey sandwhiches or wraps.Greek yogurt is a good accompaniment to meals.

You are definitely burning calories... how many I have no idea. But you are dancing and that does burn calories. You could either get a heart rate monitor or something like the bodybugg which tracks calories burned. But I have that game also and it is fun and can be a good workout!

I was also told I have to eat more, I gained a pound because my body was in starvation mode. So I started MFP and I lost 3 pounds... so far eating more seems to be working for me!
