Calorie Burn with Turbo Fire

I don't have the money right not to buy a Heart Rate Monitor..... so I need some help.

Does anyone have a general idea what the calorie burn is for the Turbo Fire DVD's??

    It's really going to depend on which workout you are doing, and at what intensity level you are working out at.....taking breaks or going the whole time? There are a lot of variables that factor in.....

    I have a bodybugg. I will wear it next time I do one of the workouts and let you know what I burn!

    Depends on weight too. I burnt around 601 calories for the fire 45 ez class but I'm 250lbs
