I found the "bicycle" move-elbow to opposite knee. I do about 300 of them after each workout. Also, I hold a 30 pound weight and do upper body lift from floor, about 20-30 reps.

Mine are 3 years apart. Me and my eldest brother are 18 years apart-and we are just fine. Not when we were young obviously, but as we got older we got closer. (my mom had lots of miscarraiges in between children).

I'd love some suggestions too. I can't nap during the day. Schedule won't allow it. I've tried the suggested...cottage cheese, oatmeal with some peanut butter. i end up drinking coffee and just being tired with the jitters.

I was hoping for suggestions too. the only one that tastes delicious is gnc's brand but its very expensive. I tried Vitamin World's brand. it tasted good but had a huge amout of sodium! My friend said the brands in walmart are not that bad and not crazy expensive. I'll check some out and let you know. One is called Body…

I don't like any of the cleansers with chemicals cause my skin is super sensitive. i have been using the Stellar performance Post Workout Cleanser by motion medica. I have not had a breakout since using it and it dosen't dry my skin out. I found out about it on a fitness model website. It's a bit more money than the stuff…

I noticed crock pots vary, like microwaves. The newer versions cook faster. If I put frozen bone-in chicken in I cook it on high for about 7 hours. The new crockpots come with great recipe books.
