I love the motion medica line. I went all botanical with no chemicals and i've been getting compliments on my skin. I used to battle acne from all the sweat from working out but their 2 in 1 exfoliating cleanser with organic rosehips is the BEST and luv the stellar performance post workout cleanser. I wasted a lot of money…

Running will help tone your legs. Of course, there is always weight training too.

Was treated by a GREAT orthopedic surgeon after suffering in pain for months. I start P/T in a few days. I can't lift weights for 6 months but I can run all I want. The years of sports and lifting caught up with me, but, its okay-part of life.

As a hobbyist-I'm a decorative painter. Furniture, murals, canvas etc. I use acrylic paint. If I have time, I'm thinking about taking water colors painting course.

I feel sorry for people who can't sense the humor in things. As far as "nasty", mean obnoxious people-that's why I left Runner's World forum. So far I have not been attacked on this forum, seems friendly.

That's sweet-and I'm sure the kids love you!

I'm a highly acclaimed, the most sought after-biggest record of having big tips $--Pole Swinger Dancer. Nah, just kidding. Maybe in my next life.

I love giving loved ones big squishy hugs. Otherwise, a hand shaker. Sometimes a Hollywood, no lipstick air kiss.:glasses:

Thanks to running I lost my post baby weight gain fat quickly. My long term passion for running made me truly fit and has kept me lean. However, you still need to watch your diet. You can't eat anything you want and lose weight. For example, if you run 1 mile at a moderate pace, say 12-13 minutes you will burn about 100…

No suggestions are weird, at this point. And, it is also starting to affect my neck because my body is leaning away from my left side /injured side. An FYI from m,y family doc-taking too much ibuprofen can cause ulcers and you must drink a lot of water for your kidneys. I laid off of them.

No beer or chicken wings for me. I'm sticking with my usual. It's not worth the "next day feel horrible".

I'm getting more advice on this forum then my 20 minute visit with the doctor. Thanks! Happy fishing ::))))))
-
Thanks! Sounds dee-lish. I'm always looking for low cal sweet tooth busters.
-
Ouch! Both tendinitis and bursitis. I tried an ice patch too. I agree about some of these doctors. I also feel bad for folks who have no health insurance.
-
Thanks. I'm only going back to him because he won't give the MRI results over the phone. Otherwise, after this visit I'll see another doctor. I also think it's b***t that doctors make you come in for test results-another co-payment and charge to insurance co. And, ask about a good P/T.

LOL-I used to be this way at work. It made me constipated when I held it in. So, if nature calls-I answer. (I can't believe I'm writing about this.) LOL :)

i don't make the scale my bible. I'm 5'3, scale says 130 and I'm a size 6 with my ribs showing. i have a lot of muscle weight. No misunderstanding, I'm not saying people should not weigh themselves.

It's impossible for me to go low carbs in training for marathons. I experimented with this. I lost weight within 2 weeks-but bonked with energy when i needed to go beyond a 15 mile training run. On the other side of the coin-newbie marathoners wonder why they gain weight during marathon training-they over load on too much…

Many people in law enforcement are not on facebook for this reason.
