  • Did you consult your doctor before starting this program? Ever had high blood pressure? Did you work out on a full stomach or empty stomach? If I work out on a full stomach, I will get sick. There are several reasons this could happen, you just need to make sure its not a dangerous one. Best to you on your journey.
  • Hi, I have bad disc at L4 and L5, I've thrown a disc drying off after a dip it the pool. Balanceball for weight loss with Suzanne Deason. Got it from Gaiam. It has 3 sections so you can do 1, 2 or all 3. Hope that helps.
  • I replaced my trips to the vending machine for chips and candy bars with Special K bars. They are only 90 calories and with a large glass of water, it makes me feel full. I was amazed at the difference it made.
