Ramen Noodles have MSG in them and WAY too much sodium. They should not be eaten. Try a healthy alternative like dark green veggies and steak.

I agree that you need to be more consistent with your calories and that you need to eat more veggies and fruit. Keep your protein up also. Also try more cardio. Get your heart rate up for a good 45 minutes instead of 20 to 30. Look up how to do speed drills on the treadmill. They are a great fat burner. Good luck to…

You need to also try fire hydrants. They are awesome!

I use a rice cooker. It comes out perfect every time.

losing4life Do you use a rice cooker? I cook my brown rice in one. And I season it with salt pepper and garlic and onions . It is anything but bland. It absolutely amazing!!!!!

I want to continue with the challenge please. And where is the link to the spread sheet?

6 is too skinny. I don't think people's ribs ribs should show. 3 and 4 better not lose any more.

My favorite breakfast is 3 whole scrambled cheesy eggs. (One ounce of sharp cheddar cheese) And one piece of whole wheat toast with real butter. Don't forget the coffee with real cream. It's quick and easy. I often have to leave early to work.

It was .6 lbs in 2 weeks not 6

Good job on your .6 lb weight loss and cardio 6 days a week. You need to weight train though. Put some muscle in those arms. I run 6 to 7 days a week and weight train about 3. It's not a good idea to post those quick calories because you can't track your protein and carbs that way. I would advise you to cut back on…

Can't really advise you when your diary is closed.

Drink A LOT of water, Go find a sauna, hot tub or a steaming HOT bath and sweat out all that sodium you consumed. Don't worry about it. One day of rest will do you good. Can't have you barfing at the gym.

Ohhhh yes!! I'm supposed to have a weigh in tomorrow and am hoping the bloat will be gone by then. I put on about 4 lbs. Two of that is already gone. I still have been exercising normally even though I feel crappy. I want to keep the weight loss rolling along. I find that once I get started on my run even though I feel bad…

Big welcome to you! Send a friend request. I hope you post a picture. I don't like those faceless boxes. So impersonal.

. As far as breaking through a plateau... One time I had to slap my metabolism silly with a small strawberry shake from Sonic. Aside from the brain freeze, I had an 18 hour sugar high. It worked though. I love this bit of advise!!!!! I'm going to remember it!

You could always get almond milk and add protein powder for a quick shake.

That not a slow time! Very well done. You should consider the couch to 5k program. It's an awesome plan to get you up to running a 5k (3.1 miles) in 9 weeks. I did it 3 years ago. Since then I have run multiple 5ks, a half marathon and on April 21st I'm doing the Warrior Dash in Mississippi. Here is the link to the site.…
