changing clothing sizes
I just recently got back into a size 8 pants. I also was a size 8 in high school. But there is absolutely no way it is the same. My big toes started hurting after mile 5
I ran 8 miles today. The first 5 miles felt pretty good then my big toes started hurting and going a little numb. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Runners, Do you ever get lost.........
.......in a metaphorical sense? Just wondering, sometimes I'll be out running , I'm feeling good, nice and warmed up. My music is playing , the day is perfect and I kinda zone out. I don't even notice when I've gone up a hill. Or when a few miles has gone by. It's pretty awesome!

Who is obsessed with gardening?
Who has a garden? I can't wait to start eating all the fresh veggies that will be coming out of mine. So far I planted green beans, Swiss chard,carrots,cucumbers,tomatoes,green peppers,cayenne peppers, onions, spaghetti squash,zucchini, butternut squash and yellow squash.

Does your scale go up a day or two after a really hard worko
This has been happening to me lately. I'm still sore from a circuit training workout I did two days ago and my weight is up 3 lbs. But my measurements are the same. I'm just wondering if this is the norm? My title got cut off. "really hard work out?"

http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html I thought this a lot more accurate than any I've seen. These are my results. I have 23.5% body fat. I have 39.2 Pounds of fat and 127.8 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
