In my case it is more like Walk the Edge! I am trying each day to walk a little more a little faster and add a hill. :happy:0

^^^^^This! When I started mfp in Sept. I couldn't walk a block without stopping...I can walk 3-4 miles at 3-4mph and can walk indefinitely at a slow leisurely pace. Every day gets better.0 -

Where I live you are either walking up or down. There is no escaping a hill. You do, however, have a choice of direction: the route with the more gentle incline or the steep immediate heart starter with the longer cool down.
I've started using the http://www.endomondo.com android app. It monitors your distance walked and speed. It also gives you a calculation of kcals burned - by using distance, speed and weight. Another fun toy.0
