wonderwoman.....I don't have the fitbit yet....I enter my activity manually on the fitbit app Same time...same amount of activity.....same activity and it still varies. Donnaleigh....done done and done....still different. :/

Logging it only on fitbit. It varies day to day considerable amounts like 500 calories burned:/ It's strange.

Buy in season, in bulk...take a day aside to cook things you can freeze like chili, vegetable lasagna (light cheese, substitute noodles with long slices of zuchhini, moussaka, stew, soups...etc. It takes some time, but is really worth it in the end. There are also a lot of veggies that you can just blanch quick and freeze…

I finished ripped in 30 a while ago, I've been looking for the 3ds video,but haven't been able to find it yet. Im just doing level 3 of ri30 and level 1 of 3ds (off you tube) I can't wait to find the video and get started! I noticed a big difference after RI30:)

Please, just don't be naieve about it...it takes 2 people to mend a relationship...and you 12 lb weight gain is defiantly NOT the problem...it runs much much deeper :/

If he has no intentions of trying to make it work, he never will.... There is a bigger issue than your weight...he should love you Unconditionally, no mater what you weigh....it's not you, it's him. Never settle for ANYTHING more that what makes YOU happy!! Period!! :)

^^ This! If you eat too little Cals for long enough...Even if you are still eating back Cals to 1400 With a deficite of -1000 You are not fully fueling your body...your deficite is too high. This in the long run will screw up your metabolisim, then, when you go back to eating normal, ( or maintinence) you will End up…

I'm a little more curvy, and I like it that way :) I'm 5'6" my goal is 140-145 I will re asess when I get there tho. In the past of I drop below 135 my face gets sunk in and I start looking Unhealthy :(
