Can't comment on sandals resorts as we stayed elsewgere; but stlucia is so beautiful! We went for our wedding/honeymoon and had the best 2 weeks ever. The island Is just breathtaking and everyone was so friendly!

I have Danish bread from whichever supermarket I end up at. Generally tesco and it's about 55/60 cals a slice. I actually prefer it to normsl bread as I dnt feel do bloated.

I'm 5'2 currently weigh 149lbs. Aiming for 125-130lbs initially. Will see how I feel when I get down to there as to whether I want to go lower. Want to feel more comfortable in my clothes and not like the 'short dumpy' one! Anyone feel free to add me, as seems we all have similar goals!!

Hey I'm 26 with 4yo and 6mo. Neither were huge babies, but carried lots of water so my tummy is definitely worse for wear! Keep hearing about 30 day shred, but at no I am just focusing on reducing my food intake & trying to fit in a few work outs a week. Feel free to add, if u wabt another buddy :) Good luck!

I agree with this. My daughter has a milk allergy and we were told by the dietician to look at value brands as they are less likely to contain milk. As they dnt add as much stuff to them, which in turn makes them cheaper.

I used to shop at asda All the time as i foud it the cheapest, however i found their prices rising in a lot of items. I have now been shopping at tesco for the last 4months and it's definitely cheaper for me. I tend to decide what I want and then look online before I go to see what's cheapest. Hi! I think the best thing to do is not look at the overall weight you want to lose. Break it down into smaller goals so, it seems more doable in your mindset. Iykwim?! I spent an hour on the wii zumba2 the other night and it said I burnt 550 calories after an hours work out. I love Zumba. Sadly no longer have the time to make it to class though :( I just put my own exercise in as Zumba and put the calories stated from the wii.

I have this too! Mine are almost 5yo and 6months old. I do want to lose a bit of weight as well as tone up overall! I am a Zumba fan. Used to go to classes before baby and now I'm using Zumba2 for the wii. I think it's great! Feel free to add me if you like :)
