I agree. I tried chia seeds for one month and everyday someone would point out there was something in my teeth. They swell between your teeth and are impossible to rinse away completely. Also, didn't make me full and did not help with weight loss. The only thing I lost was the money I spent on them.

I add stir fried zucchini, red bell pepper, onion, mushroom and toasted pine nuts and sometimes a small amount of feta cheese and it is delish!

I pretty much eat the same thing every morning. Two slices of Ezekiel toast with 1 TBS. peanut butter.

I work in Pathology as a Histotechnologist, I have seen with my own eyes what poor eating habits can do to a person...on an autopsy table! Americans are use to immediate gratification, "quick fixes", we can cheer you on but YOU are the only one that can actually do this. It is a lifetime choice and YOU can do it!! Hang on!
