For those that like fizzy drink, or just find plain water boring..we have a soda stream machine which carbonates the water into sparkling water, I find it much easier to drink than plain water. Add some ice and a slice of lemon or lime its lovely.

oh yeah as someone said above, be gentle on your knees, follow Anita and dont go as deep into the lunges. I noticed on the day I went deeper that my knees were really sore for two days (needed icepack on one) , so now I dont go as deep however much I want to!

The first 5 days are really hard, you will find that after this time your body gets used to this workout really quickly. I was really sore for the first few days. make sure you drink lots of water, and if it helps to warm up a bit more first before putting the DVD on.

Interesting that is. Im sure this is my husbands problem with drink and junk food, hes always low after a binge on booze or junk food, but men...will they look and listen! Its like a train wreck waiting to happen. To me I can see it clear :-(

All I can say is stick with it because it really does get easier. First 4-5 days are the worst, 5+ you will see improvement everyday. I struggled with push ups now I can do around 20. And the skipping rope action killed my legs first few days, not sore now. My endurance is heaps better, I feel like I can go another round…

Ive been doing this, am on day 8 level one and In 8 days I have lost 3 cm from the circumference of upper arm. Not bad! lost 500g last week, nothing this week but am not too worried, I feel much better, fitter and toned, my clothes fit better. Tummy is smaller. Looking forward to level 2 bring it on!

AWWW I know exactly how you ladies feel. Some people have no tact whatsoever! do you like mints? Im finding if I have a strong flavourful mint (eclipse mints in the tin) then I feel like I have had something. Or go to bed, have an early night, thats a sure fire way to not eat.

Thanks for all your help. Im drinking 10 glasses of water spread over the day. Previously I wasnt drinking much at all I was only drinking about 2 a day and lots of cups of tea. Naughty aye. So have cut out the teas and a water bottle is my companion. I was also snacking lots before but now Im not.
