I dont eat my excersise calories back. I know so many people here are against it, however Ive lost 4kg in 2 weeks and am happy with those results. I change around my calories and vary my excersises and make sure I do pleanty of weights to build muscle . If i plateu, I will change my diet around again and maybe consider…

Oh im quite motivated, ive eaten well all day today and drank pleanty of water, Ive been active all day today and will go to the gym this evening. I havent lost the hunger to keep going - I just thought it was interesting how something that I originally had to push myself to do, motivated me so much.

Diet Jelly and Fruit! its fantastic for your fruit cravings Boiled eggs are great as a snack - lean protein will keep you full for longer I like rice cakes with some vegemite on them as a snack whilst Im cooking dinner. Even something as simple as a good old apple is great between meals.

Just FYI - I went ot the gym for a good one and a half hours - I feel much better now. Hopefully when I weigh in on Sunday I will be much happier. Im going to try to not jump on the scale until then. Damn me being so results driven :\

I will drag myself to the gym tonight and pack my salad for lunch tomorrow at work. I just feel so down... after a life time of trying to loose weight, im really hoping that this time would be different. Im hoping it is just fluid retention for some reason or another. Ehhhhh Stay strong girls

I agree with everyone saying a whole cheat DAY is too much, I personally have a treat meal. Last week I lost 3kg (around 7 pounds) and for my treat meal I went to Max Brenner Chocolate Bar and ate decadently - probably about 1000 calories in one sitting. However, I worked out twice that day, and ate extremely light for the…

I cant see your food diary, but try and drink LOADS of water, maybe up your protein , and maybe look into some foods that have lower GI unfortunately if youre hungry you should eat! If i snack - its on diet yoghurt....or vegtables... maybe a coffee or tea will make you feel fuller for a while.

This is such a hot topic and I see it posted constantly. I have a pretty simple mentality - if the things you did before were enough, then you wouldnt be overweight. I clean my house nearly every day and have been extremely overweight for longer... excersise should make you sweat, make your heart pump ... loosing a…

Gah : the ever lingering saying on my mums lips " Do you really need that"

>.> Would you stop eating heatly because he said he wants to have a calorie filled lifestyle? I think it is being over sensitive....McDonalds isnt going to move from your shopping centres just because you want to eat healthy. Unfortuntaely its all in our faces, we have to excersise will power... we cannot rely on anyone…

GUTTER STOMP - American History X style..... Honestly though, Ive dealt with mean girls all my life.... I would just make a point of starting a conversation with someone else, and demeaning something they did and point to them. An eye for an eye. Make sure they can hear you! Although being the bigger person and letting it…

Food addiction is awful, mainly because we have to have some every day to keep us alive. Tell a heroin addict that they have to still have it every day but control the amount that they have to 1/4 of a hit and see how well it goes. Food addiction is very under rated and I completely feel your pain. Sometimes it can be hard…

I usually find my demotivation and cravings come when Im hungry and want something NOW. Also when I hit that 3pm mark at work, I find I want a snack to try and boost me throiugh the afternoon. If im craving something sweet, i generally make myself a coffee with whole milk. I usually use skim - no fat, but I find if i make…

I heard a saying once that helps me get back on track after a binge... "If you got a speeding ticket at the beginning of your trip, you wouldnt continue to break every speed limit on your trip because youd stuffed up.... " and so true... Try and see if you can maybe improve your numbers on your weekly goal by eating super…

I know I'm not a male, but heres my opinion anyways... I honestly think there are guys out there that it will bother, I think alot of guys think they get judged on the "hotness" of the girl they are dating and they become obsessive. I know guys that wont date a girl that weighs over 50kg with blonde hair, no matter how…

Wow, its so interesting that people actually think to record their day to day duties as calories,Id honestly never thought of it. Truth be told, I do a huge clean on my house fairly regularly, and did it before i tried to loose weight and I still remained fat whilst i was doing that task regularly. So, I personally would…

Thankyou everyone for your overwhelming response. I do drink cold water most of the day - Im trying to add green tea to my diet and take coffee out! And have only gone as far as adding little things that ive had at home to my meals. I wasnt really expecting too much, but I thought that even a little help is help none the…

Slowly your skin should shrink back, but depending on your age and how long you had the extra weight for is dependant on how much elsasticity your skin still has. Including a small amount of weight training into your fitness regime , as muscels support your skin, almost stick to it i guess. I dropped 30 kg very quickly a…
