your diary isnt open. Try water, upping your fat, going zero carb for a week or two, are you eating much dairy.. some people cant eat much cheese etc.. are you drinking enough water

Sure :).. im trying to stay away from the scale. Weighing every day makes me obsessive and crazy and will dictate my mood for the day. Once a week should be good!

Maltitol is as bad as eating a bucket of sugar for me and its a common ingredient in a bunch of those bars.

try eating lower sugar fruit. Oranges from memory are up there on the sugar scale. Berries are amazing.

Ive been stalled for the past 2 - 3 weeks. I have decided to do a small carb load and kick myself out of keto to try and kick start my losses again. Ive been in keto consistently for the past two months so hopefully this helps AIll let you know how it turns out

Unless youre lifting heavy, it is a complete waste of time. You will never become keto adapted meaning that you will not be able to cash in on all the benefits that being keto - adapted offers.. Just because you are in Keto or deficit in carbs does not instantly mean anything. How was your sodium... water intake, hormones etc. some people cannot have dairy... it effects their weightloss.. same as artificial sweetners.. etc. how did you work out your calories and how high was your fat.. honestly.. keto takes MONTHS…
