Baby spinach and a wee bit of feta cheese. Or usually whatever I'm craving, but I usually save some calories for late night snacking because I know I will do it or I won't sleep.

I seriously loathe chobani, but not for health reasons. It's just entirely too sweet for me. I started eating Greek yogurt because I liked that it wasn't as sickly sweet. Chobani is sickly sweet, kind of defeats the whole purpose if you ask me. That being said, you could probably find something "unhealthy" about just about…

Spinach pie! :)

Fruit If you have to have something sweeter, then condensed sweetened milk is 130 calories per 2 tablespoons. As long as you don't eat more Han that, pairing it with fruit is a good way to get a super sickly sweet snack relatively low calorie. I usually want salty pretty bad before bed so i haven't tried to much to find…

You are probably right about the location thing. I live in the US, and it seems odd to people that I only eat out once every two weeks. It just seems silly to pay someone extra money to prepare a meal for me for any reason other than a date or special treat.

Some people out it on their non dominant hand and then have the settings for it being on the dominant. It's supposed to count some steps you don't take by their own design, but I find mine to be too sensitive if I don't have the settings set that way.

I think she's asking if the calories given are right, and I don't think hers is tracking her steps correctly. I am a size fourteen and fitbit only gives me 300 calories on days I walk more than 10k steps. I think she is right and something is off about the calories given. That amount of walking does not burn the same as a…

As long as you have negative calorie allowances allowed, it doesn't matter what your setting is sedentary, active, or lightly active. It will add when you need it to and subtract when it should. Also do not log step based activities. And if you log an exercise, log it on fitbit, not MFP so you aren't getting double…

I stay motivated by the fact that some things in life are just better when you aren't extremely overweight. Hiking, going to the park, shopping, all these things are much more fun. Clothes shopping becomes more fun. Sex is better because you have more confidence. I remember what my goal weight felt like and I use those…

If you aren't hungry, it makes no sense to eat. Your body will tell you when it needs food. Eating before bed doesn't make a bit of difference to weight loss as long as you are in a deficit. I always eat right before bedtime and have never had a problem. Some people will get upset tummies if they eat right before bed, but…

I do that too. It will come off when you go back to eating normal. I am assuming you were eating relatively low carb and sodium (not extreme on either). When you eat more carbs, you hold on to more water. Same with sodium. I'm close to your size and I can make my weight drop or go up 10 pounds just by playing with my carb…

My fitbit gives me about 300 for every 10k steps. Make sure you have your settings right on the fitbit, and that it's set to be reading on the hand you have it on. It may be logging too many steps for you. If it's still doing that turn sync itm keep the app open and walk around and watch the number to see if it's going up…

You put on muscle by working your muscles. Yes kettle bells will work as long as it's a weight that's challenging for you. Lifting weights or using your body weight (like push-ups, pull ups, sit ups etc.)

I think what those who are against meal replacement shakes are trying to tell you is it's a quick fix that isn't always the healthiest or most filling option. For 184 calories (less than what is in your average meal replacement shake) you can have 2 cups of an egg drop soup (without a thickener), and a big bowl of spinach…

Spinach pie, spinach dip, spinach quiche, add it to soups, sauté with garlic and onion as a side for your main dish, in a salad, in your pasta dishes, in a casserole with cream of mushroom, spinach, chicken, broccoli, and cheese. (Not completely low cal, but yummy in moderation)

A banana Peanut butter and crackers Or a banana and peanut butter is my favorite

I plan my meals out at the beginning of a day and adjust accordingly. If I can eat a treat and skip a meal and not be left hungry, I will eat it. (I eat a bunch of small meals). If I would have to cut out more than one of my meals to eat it, I would be left hungry sticking to my calorie goals and I remind myself I would…

I have no idea what you are trying to say?

Three to six times is a bit excessive. For what you want to do, you would do better to worry less about calories and do strength training, that will tighten you up. Also, unless you have ALOT of weight to lose, which you don't, losing ten pounds in two months might be unrealistic. It doesn't sound like you need to lose a…

It's not minimal if it's ALL You drink and you take in no water other than from your foods. Your body was designed to get thirsty when it needs water. It's your body's way of telling you you need more water. Taking in even a "minimal" amount of a diuretic makes no sense if your body needs more water. It's like using a…

Diet coke itself probably won't cause any problems. Dehydration, however, can cause oodles of health problems over time, not to mention makes weight loos harder. If you don't drink water and are only drinking sodas, you are abusing your body, It NEEDS water. Caffeine is a diuretic. It flushes water out of your system. If…

To have visible abs, you have to have a low body fat percentage, which means losing fat. To lose the calories from one cupcake you would have to run two to three miles to burn it off. It's easier to lose weight by not eating the cupcake to begin with than trying to exercise it away.
-
Your body needs some fat to function properly, Added sugar? Not necessary at all. As long as your calories are in your goal, you can still have both and lose though.
-
Look into the hungry girl books, They have a lot of easy 200 or 300 calorie meals that are aimed towards those who are not necessarily the best cooks in the kitchen. A good deal of them can be microwaved and the ones I've tried are quite yummy.

That is most likely an ABUSIVE relationship. Controlling that much is a big big warning sign. Please get out now? He is issuing your insecurity about your weight to control you and keep you in fear of him leaving. That's abuse. PleAae seek help

That's what I do. And it's perfectly fine unless you find yourself starving yourself throughout the week so you can binge, then it's not quite such a good idea, but other than that, looking at the week is more realistic. Some days you are just more hungry than others

Do you really want spend the rest of your life obsessing about your weight? Do you want a man whose partnership is conditional upon your weight? There is a difference between concern for health and just plain being a controlling *kitten*. If he won't marry you now because of your weight, once you lose the weight it will be…

You would do better to have a "regular beer". Those will have all the same effects as a "regular beer" except they will make you fat a lot quicker.
-
Yes yes it could cause weight gain if you are thinking the calories are comparable to regular beer, a 12 oz bud light has 110 cals A strawberita for 12 oz has 308 cals. So calorie wise, it's like drinking three regular bud lights every time you have one of those. Yeah, that could pack on the pounds if you aren't…
