I don't get it...

I didn't have any control of what I ate at my dad's this past weekend and I was 188 nekid and 191 with my cothes on and now i'm 186.6 this morning. I'm still up 2 pounds from my lowest. I ate lastnight :( Water is on my list to drink today.

    Weight loss is not linear. Your weight will fluctuate day to day and throughout the day.

    I am not totally sure of your quesiton, what I am thinking is you ate differently and the scale shot up? That is most likely just water weight from more sodium or carbs than you normal diet. Get back to normal and you will see it go away in a few days.

    That's why I only weigh once a week. Scale is tooo erratic due to water weight, shifts in the tides, position of the moon, how much salt you had yesterday, etc. etc. etc.

    I'm a bit confused... you lost weight over the weekend and thats what you don't get?

    Or your still 2lbs over your lowest weight and after eating alot this weekend you don't get why it didn't drop off?

    yeah- that made me go ???huh??

    anyway- weight loss is not linear- do better this week- and start taking responsibility for what and how much goes in your pie hole. That's the only way to win this game.
