Hey! I am from Texas too!! Welcome! I was a soda freak too and I was so shocked how many calories they have. So, I changed over to Dier Dr Pepper which is zero calories. It took some getting use to but now I love them. Try a diet one and see what you think... Good luck.

Question for you since you worked at Curves.. If I did gained weight that was muscle in the first two months, does that mean eventually I will drop weight that will be fat? Or, will I keep gaining weight and it be muscle? I have lost four inches..
