  • i don't want to give advice that could hurt you so maybe you should run by advice from a trainer/doctor/physical therapist? im sure there are some upper body exercises and/or pilates moves you could do but i don't know where you are in recovery for your ankle. good luck though and don't get discouraged! x
  • I am there with you. I have a wedding to attend in 29 days and all I can think about is these photos will be around FOREVER. haha But nonetheless, I may not be my goal weight but nothing a little spanx can't help out with lol hope you reach your goal weight for the wedding!!! x
  • don't let it discourage you, just think of it as anything that comes off is better than nothing, and a year from now the little bits that come off will be a huge difference. Kind of like petty cash or change, after a while saving it up makes a big sum. x
