Consistency

I am fairly new but haven't been consistent but now I am ready. I am older and this is very discouraging how slowly it comes off. I will get at it thought.

don't let it discourage you, just think of it as anything that comes off is better than nothing, and a year from now the little bits that come off will be a huge difference. Kind of like petty cash or change, after a while saving it up makes a big sum. x0
